Moanamind ("we", "us", "our") operates this website, which offers wellbeing retreats on Procida Island, Italy. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as implemented locally), we are the data controller for personal data processed through cookies and similar storage on this site.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. We use the term "cookies" in this policy to also cover similar browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage, which serve the same purpose and are regulated in the same way under the ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3)).

Some cookies are set by us (first-party). Others may be set by service providers we use to run the site (third-party). We do not load advertising or social-tracking cookies.

Under the ePrivacy Directive, we may only store information on, or access information already stored on, your device if you have given consent — except for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you explicitly requested.

• Strictly necessary cookies — relied on under the ePrivacy "strictly necessary" exemption and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in operating a secure website). These cannot be switched off.
• Functional, analytics, marketing — set only with your prior, freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, via the "Open cookie settings" button on this page or in the footer.

Refusing optional cookies does not affect your ability to use the public parts of the site.

Below is the full, current list of cookies and storage entries on this site, grouped by category. When we add or remove an entry we update this table and, for material changes, ask you to renew your choice.

The site runs on Lovable Cloud, which hosts our database and authentication on EU infrastructure. Strictly necessary cookies set by that infrastructure are used solely to keep your sign-in session secure. We do not currently transfer personal data processed via cookies outside the European Economic Area. If that changes, we will update this section and rely on a valid transfer mechanism (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your cookie choices are stored locally on your device for 180 days (about 6 months). After that we will ask again. We also re-ask if we change the categories or cookies we use (a new policy version). Strictly necessary session storage is cleared when you sign out.

You can also manage cookies through your browser. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and parts of the booking flow.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the services we use, the cookies we set, or applicable law. When that happens we revise the "last updated" date and bump the policy version. For material changes we will ask you to renew your choice the next time you visit.
