How do you feel about decisions? Do you decide spontaneously from the gut, or do you prefer to think things over carefully before making a choice?
Our days are packed with decisions. From the trivial — what to eat for breakfast — to the less trivial — who we give our time and love to — all the way to where and how we want to live our lives.
While the subconscious takes over many of our daily choices in the form of habits, there are decisions that haunt our minds, take up a great deal of brain capacity, and still feel too difficult to make right now.
“Everything we do — and equally, everything we don't do — has its consequences.”

Not deciding has enormous consequences too. Not quitting the job, not leaving the disrespectful partner, not signing up for the dance class we long for — these create a state of inner tension that lives in body and mind.
First question
What unresolved questions are you still carrying with you? Which decisions could lighten your mind and body and make your life a little easier?
The state you're in when you decide matters enormously. Ask yourself first: what state am I in right now? (It's no accident that so many of us call our ex when we're drunk.)
Second question
Who is on your inner stage? Courage or worry? Trust or doubt? Listen to all the parts, but never forget: you are the boss. The decision is yours.

Third question
What would happen if it works? What value could this decision bring into your life? That single thought connects you to your vision and gives you the power to act.
Whatever decision is in front of you — don't be afraid of it. You're allowed to try, to taste, to refine and to discard. With every choice you actively shape your life and show the world your uniqueness.
